There is a direct train from Amritsar to Nanded and back daily. Nearest major Rly station is MANMAD JUNCTION (MMR) in Maharashtra in the Nagpur / Bhopal / Delhi /Howrah --- Mumbai route. If direct trains are not available, then booking can be done upto MANMAD JN and from MANMAD JN to H SAHIB NANDED (NED) --- 6 Hrs journey from MANMAD. There are lot of trains from MANMAD to H SAHIB NANDED (NED). There are two direct trains from Mumbai to NANDED and back (Devagiri Exp and Nandigram Exp) daily in the evening. For the delegates from South, they can travel to MANMAD JN or Mumbai and then to NANDED. There are direct trains from Karnataka and Kerala to MANMAD JN. Delegates from East and North may travel via MANMAD JN and delegates from west may travel via Mumbai. Another major junction is HYDERABAD. However journey via Hyderabad may be avoided due to TELUNGANA agitation.

Meeting OF D.E.C. of SNEA(I) Ambala will be held on 28/05/2011 saturday at Food Court Ambala Cantt during lunch hours. All district body office bearers and branch secy/cashier are requested to attend meeting.

बीएसएनएल कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल दूसरे दिन भी जारी रही। हड़ताली नेताओं ने सरकार पर बीएसएनएल के प्रति भेदभावपूर्ण रवैये का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि बीएसएनएल कर्मचारी तो काम करना चाहते हैं परंतु मैनेजमेंट व सरकार की मिलीभगत उन्हें कार्य नहीं करने देती। पहले तो बीएसएनएल को मोबाइल सेवा शुरू करने में देरी कराई गई और प्राइवेट ऑपरेटरों को प्राथमिकता दी गई ताकि उन्हें फायदा दिया जा सके। इसका नतीजा यह निकला कि जनता ने 16 रुपये तक एक कॉल के दिए और दूसरा नतीजा अब 2 जी स्पेक्ट्रम घोटाले के रूप में सामने आया है। जिसमें देश की जनता को पौने दो लाख करोड़ रुपये का चूना लगा है। इससे साफ जाहिर होता है कि जब तक बीएसएनएल है प्राइवेट मोबाइल ऑपरेटर अपनी दरें नहीं बढ़ा सकते। यह हड़ताल बीएसएनएल के अस्तित्व को बचाने की लड़ाई है ताकि सरकार व मैनेजमेंट देश की जनता व सुरक्षा के साथ समझौते न कर सके। अंत में नेताओं ने जनता से अपील की कि वे बीएसएनएल के हड़ताल का समर्थन देशहित में करें। इस अवसर पर निकाली गई रैली को मनीष कुमार, राजेंद्र, आरएस नेगी, अजय शर्मा, अरविंद कुमार आदि ने संबोधित किया।

The meeting of DE.C. SNEA(I) Ambala was held on 18/08/2010. Our circle secretary Com. Arvind Pal Dahilya, District president Com. Jasmer Kumar were present in meeting alongwith all branch secretaries and D.E.C. members. The need for unity among comrades was discussed to save Bharat mata ki santan BSNL.

The shameful act of GM(Infra) exposed what is being going in BSNL. The timely intervention of JAC Ambala exposed the matter and efforts of administration to dispose off the matter by not taking it seriously. The act was highlighted by media,press and the unity and timely act of BSNL employees resulted in suspension orders issued within hours,which created new hope among BSNL employees of BSNL to revive it. we are thankful to all ladies comrades who fighted like Jhansi Ki Rani and all comrades of JAC and other members of all associations/unions who showed unity and wasted no time in bringing justice to BSNL employee. बीएसएनएल के जीएम इन्फ्रास्टक्चर महिला जेटीओ से छेड़छाड़ के आरोप में निलंबित

बीएसएनएल के जीएम इन्फ्रास्टक्चर को महिला जेटीओ से छेड़छाड़ के आरोप में निलंबित कर दिया गया है। महिला जेटीओ से छेड़छाड़ का मामला उठते ही पूरे सर्कल आफिस में बुधवार को हंगामा हो गया था। सभी कार्यालयों से कर्मी कामकाज छोड़ सीजीएमटी आफिस के बारह धरने पर डट गए और प्रदर्शन किया। जीएम के खिलाफ कार्रवाई के आश्वासन के बाद कर्मचारी शांत हुए। आरोपी अधिकारी अभि तक फरार हैं| वे बीएसएनएल में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर बताए जाते हैं|

महज दो दिन पहले जेटीओ पद पर ज्वाइन करने वाली युवा अधिकारी ने आरोप लगाया कि इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर सेक्शन के जीएम आरडी डाबरा ने उसके साथ अमर्यादित हरकत की। महिला जेटीओ ने सीजीएमटी को शिकायत सौंपते हुए कहा कि इस तरह कि हरकत करने के बाद उस पर पोल न खोलने का दबाव बनाया। वो पहले बहुत तनाव में आ गई, लेकिन उसने किसी तरह मामले को अधिकारियों के नोटिस में लाने की हिम्मत जुटाई।

मामला सर्कल आफिस में फैलते ही यूनियन की ज्वाइंट एक्शन कमेटी के नेतृत्व में करीब 500 कर्मचारियों ने कामकाज छोड़ दिया। कर्मचारिओं ने मांग की कि जीएम को तुरंत बर्खास्त किया जाए। कर्मी सीजीएमटी आफिस के बाहर डट गए और जमकर नारेबाजी की। मामला बिगड़ते देख अधिकारियों के हाथ-पांव फूल गए। हरियाणा सर्कल सीजीएम एके गुप्ता ने कर्मियों को आश्वासन दिया कि निष्पक्ष कार्रवाई होगी। दोषी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

ज़ाहिर है कि मामले को लेकर गठित कमेटी ने छेड़छाड़ के आरोप को सही बताते हुए कड़ी कार्रवाई की सिफारिश की थी। इसमें बीएसएनएल वुमन सेल चेयरमेन अमिता मनचंदा, एनजीओ प्रतिनिधि सुनीता वर्मा, सर्कल से उर्मिल गुप्ता और एडी नरेंद्र सिंह शामिल थे। हाई पावर कमेटी को भेजी रिपोर्ट के आधार पर कार्रवाई अमल में लाई गई है। वुमेन सेल कमेटी की रिपोर्ट के बाद हरियाणा सर्कल के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक अरुण कुमार गुप्ता ने सीएमडी बीएसएनएल को रिपोर्ट भेज दी| सीएमडी के आदेश पर आरोपी अधिकारी को तत्काल मुआतिल कर दिया गया है|

उधर ज्वायंट एक्शन कमेटी ने आज आपातकालीन मीटिंग में आरोपी अधिकारी के खिलाफ तत्काल अपराधिक मामला दर्ज करवाने की मांग की है| सूत्रों के मुताबिक़ कर्मचारिओं ने मांग न माने जाने तक काम छोड़ हड़ताल पर जाने का भी निर्णय लिया है|

एफआईआर दर्ज क्यों नहीं कराते सीजीएम:

छेड़छाड़ के मुद्दे को लेकर गुरुवार को बीएसएनएल आफिस में बैठक हुई। बैठक में विभाग के सामने मांग रखी गई की आरोपी के खिलाफ सीजीएम को एफआईआर दर्ज करानी चाहिए। नियम के अनुसार मामले की पुष्टि होने पर आला अधिकारी चौबीस घंटे में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करा सकते हैं। बैठक में ऑल इंडिया एक्जिक्यूटिव एसोसिएशन के जोगी राम, ऑल इंडिया एक्जिक्यूटिव (नवनियुक्त जेटीओ सर्कल सेकरेट्री जितेंद्र यादव, ज्वाइंट कमेटी चेयरमेन-राजेंद्र काओ, कनवीनर-मनीष कुमार आदि मौजूद रहे।

सीजीएम एके गुप्ता बुधवार को चंडीगढ़ में विभागीय मीटिंग में थे। उन्होंने फोन पर बताया कि यूनियन की तरफ से मांगपत्र आया है। किन नियमों के तहत क्या हो सकता है? इसको पूरी तरह पुष्ट करने के बाद हम आगे कोई कदम उठाएंगे। जीएम एडमिन अरुण कुमार ने बताया कि उक्त जीएम को विभाग नियमावली सब रुल 1965 सिविल सर्विसेज के अंतर्गत सस्पेंड किया गया है। इसमें किसी भी रूप में सेक्सुअल हरासमेंट करने वाले पर कार्रवाई की जाती है। अगर कोई शारीरिक तौर पर छेड़छाड़ करें, मौखिक तौर पर किसी महिला कर्मचारी के सामने अश्लील भाषा का प्रयोग करे, सेक्सुअल फेवर की मांग करने पर अधिकारी को सस्पेंड किया जाता है। सीजीएम एके गुप्ता ने बताया कि उक्त जीएम को सस्पेंड कर दिया गया है।

जीएम इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर आरडी डाबरा फरार:

महिला जेटीओ से छेड़छाड़ के आरोपी जीएम इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर आरडी डाबरा अभी तक फरार हैं| बताया जाता है कि वे सीधे तौर पर बीएसएनएल के अधिकारी या कर्मचारी नहीं हैं| वे डीटीओ से बीएसएनएल में डेपुटेशन पर तैनात हैं| उन्हें पहले से ही बीएसएनएल विभाग से हटाकर अन्य विभाग में भेजने का मामला विचाराधीन है| आल इंडिया ज्वाईंट एक्शन कमेटी ने भी आल इंडिया स्तर पर आरोपी अधिकारी के खिलाफ सख्त कारवाई किये जाने की मांग को लेकर आन्दोलन छेड़ने का मन बना लिया है|
